Dubai BRICS Investment Forum: A New Platform for Global Economic Cooperation
IIn today’s world, global competition and political confrontation are intensifying. This has led some Western leaders to provoke international conflicts, adhering to the principle of "Divide and Rule." A noticeable trend has emerged where a single hegemon attempts to dictate global rules of order.
In response to this situation, countries in Asia and Africa are striving to pursue independent economic policies, free from Western influence. Business representatives from these regions are actively seeking new formats and platforms for international cooperation.
Entrepreneurs are exploring new forms of collaboration and economic integration to stimulate regional business processes, establish a solid economic foundation, and increase trade turnover. In light of these developments, the International Organizing Committee has initiated the BRICS Investment Forum in Dubai.
A New Global Platform
Dubai BRICS Investment Forum: A Hub for Business DialogueThe Dubai BRICS Investment Forum is a new platform designed to facilitate ongoing dialogue between the business communities of Asia, Africa, and Europe. The forum is dedicated to business development amid global transformations and will bring together ministers, parliamentarians, diplomats, company owners and executives, experts, and other influential figures under one roof.
Forum participants will work together to find mutually beneficial solutions that will allow investments to drive economic growth, progress, and global prosperity—despite worldwide crises, international conflicts, trade wars, and sanctions. BRICS must become a stronghold of stability, peace, and international cooperation.
Prospects
The Inaugural Forum: A Success Story
The first Dubai BRICS Investment Forum was held on March 7-8, 2025, in Dubai, receiving positive feedback from participants and widespread media coverage. Moving forward, the forum will be held regularly, with the next event scheduled for September 24-25, 2026. Additionally, permanent working bodies of the forum will operate year-round, with industry committees and commissions convening monthly.
In 2-3 years, the Dubai BRICS Investment Forum is expected to become a highly influential global business platform.
The forum’s foundation is built on high spiritual and moral values, as well as principles of justice and progress. Participants have the opportunity to be at the forefront of a historic initiative that aims to shape a better future.
BRICS Investment Forum Launches $3 Billion in Projects
The Dubai BRICS Investment Forum, held on March 7-8, 2025, served as a platform for discussions and the initiation of investment projects totaling $3 billion.
The forum’s key objectives include:
  • Creating a favorable investment climate in BRICS countries
  • Developing international financial and investment infrastructure
  • Strengthening ties between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Promoting women’s participation in economic activities
  • Supporting humanitarian projects
The event welcomed delegates from 18 countries, including BRICS nations, as well as business representatives from Africa and Europe. Discussions focused on:
  • Launching a digital platform for micro-investors and SMEs
  • Developing a unified information space
  • Advancing projects in energy, healthcare, artificial intelligence, construction, ecology, and education
Major Investment Projects Introduced:
🔹 BRICS House – Construction of business centers and residential complexes in 10 BRICS countries
🔹 Small-Scale Energy – Development of 500 mini power plants
🔹 BRICS Campus – Establishment of an international university campus in UAE and Russia
🔹 BRICS Student Card – Issuance of student cards for 30 million students
🔹 BRICS Media – Creation of a social media platform with an expected audience of 100 million users

Global Business Community: BRICS International Club The forum concluded with an awards ceremony, where participants received "BRICS Business Ambassador" diplomas, along with graduation diplomas from the Diplomatic Faculty of the Eurasian International University.

As stated in the media by Konstantin Klimenko-Bogdanov, Chairman of the Forum’s Organizing Committee and Rector of the Eurasian International University, the Dubai BRICS Investment Forum has successfully established the BRICS International Club—a permanent global business network.
